Social Media Manager

Promise is a consumer relationship app built around one simple idea: you can only get it with one person, ever. We’re growing through TikTok and Instagram and looking for someone who can help us find winning content formats, manage creators, and keep content moving every week.

What you’ll do Content Find new TikTok/Reels formats we can test

Write simple scripts and ideas for creators

Study what is working for other apps and creators, then adapt it for Promise

Track which hooks, formats, and angles are performing

Creator management Recruit creators on TikTok and Instagram

Onboard creators and manage them in Discord

Answer creator questions and keep them motivated

Make sure creators are posting regularly

Track who is posting, who is late, and who is performing

Remove creators who are not a good fit

Posting Post faceless content on the main account when needed

Put up stories or simple content updates when needed

What we’re looking for Strong English

Very organized and reliable

Comfortable messaging and managing creators

Understands TikTok, Reels, creators, and internet culture

Good taste in what feels natural vs cringe

Fast, proactive, and able to follow through without constant reminders

This is a remote role. We care more about speed, taste, and execution than formal experience.
