CASH COLLECTOR

A Collector is responsible for ensuring the timely collection of payments from customers, maintaining accurate records of accounts, and following up on overdue balances. The role involves communicating with clients, resolving payment issues, and helping the company maintain healthy cash flow while providing professional customer service.

Qualifications/Requirements: At least 1-2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Experience in handling delinquent accounts and payment negotiations is an advantage. At least 2 year Bachelor's degree courses.
