Senior Project Planner (m/w/d)

Your tasks

The Senior Project Planner will take responsibility for construction programme planning, progress monitoring and reporting, working closely with the project delivery team to support effective scheduling, resource planning and project performance.

• Develop, maintain and update detailed construction programmes using Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress against planned schedules, identifying potential delays and programme issues.
• Produce construction sequencing diagrams and planning reports to support project delivery.
• Monitor internal productivity and prepare weekly Earned Value Analysis reports.
• Support decisions relating to construction logistics, resource allocation and scheduling.
• Work closely with project managers and delivery teams to review programme performance.
• Attend regular project meetings to communicate progress, identify issues and discuss corrective actions.
• Provide accurate planning information and progress updates throughout the construction project.

Requirements

This role would suit an experienced construction planner with strong Primavera P6 expertise, looking to apply their skills within the data centre sector.

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar planning role within the construction industry.
• Primavera P6 qualification and full proficiency in the software.
• Experience developing, monitoring and reporting on construction project schedules.
• Strong understanding of project planning, resource management and construction sequencing.
• Excellent computer skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate planning information effectively with project delivery teams.
