Are you an experienced procurement professional ready to shape resilient supply chains and drive complex offshore projects? Join us as a Sourcing Manager Offshore Logistics & Foundations and take ownership of strategic sourcing activities across offshore logistics, transport & installation (T&I), and foundations.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end procurement processes, develop sourcing strategies, negotiate key contracts, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders. Working with a global supplier network, you will secure best-value solutions that support Vattenfall's transition to a more sustainable energy future while maximizing business value and project success.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Lead and manage the entire procurement process for assigned categories and projects, from strategy development to contract delivery.
- Act as the single point of contact and chief negotiator with suppliers, gathering input from all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop, tailor, and oversee procurement strategies, contracts, PQQ and ITT materials to meet project-specific needs.
- Steer and guide core tender teams, ensuring compliance, transparency, and fair competition throughout supplier selection until contract finalization.
- Drive stakeholder management, aligning procurement decisions with category strategies and business protocols for mutual benefit.
- Promote and implement best-in-class procurement practices, advancing supply chain development within designated categories.
Location
Kolding, Amsterdam, Hamburg or London, regular business trips are required.
