JR. SITE ENGINEER

Responsible for performing initial diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues for products and brands supported by the company. Logs service cases into the system, generates case IDs, and processes parts requests as needed. Conducts replacement of defective parts, completes repair activities, and closes service cases in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Handles packing and shipment arrangements for inbound/outbound spare parts and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) transactions. Provides on-site technical support, including installation of hardware, software, and accessories, troubleshooting reported issues, and replacing faulty components to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• At least 1 year of technical support, repair, or troubleshooting experience. - Knowledgeable in basic hardware and software troubleshooting.
