Job description

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of website and e-commerce improvements across Baltic markets. Assist with content updates, campaign launches, promotions, and product-related changes on digital platforms. Support SEO and website maintenance activities in collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Work closely with colleagues, developers, and external partners to ensure website updates are delivered accurately and on time. Assist with testing and validation of website updates and new functionality before release.

Requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks. Ability to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines. Experience using Excel or Google Sheets. Interest in digital technologies, websites, e-commerce, and AI tools. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with website content management or digital projects. Basic understanding of SEO principles. Experience with Jira or other project management tools. Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
