And today, we’re on the lookout for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team, where you’ll work with experienced professionals, develop your skills, and grow into an accounting expert!

Your future role will include

Handling primary accounting and bookkeeping for various clients and projects, following local and international standards. Assisting a senior colleague by monitoring and summarizing primary documentation, related to payroll accounting. Assisting a senior colleague with the review of payroll calculations according to local requirements for various clients and projects across different jurisdictions. Supporting the preparation of financial reports and periodic accounts. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth and accurate accounting processes. Learning and growing every day through hands-on experience and mentorship.

What we expect from you

A degree (or last-year studies) in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Excellent English and Lithuanian skills (both written and spoken). A keen eye for detail, strong analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take initiative. Great communication and teamwork skills. Any previous experience in accounting is a plus!
