Senior Team Lead, Operations

We are hiring for Team lead operations position.

• Manages day to day operations activities from inbound to outbound.
• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality of Inbound & Outbound fulfilment.
• Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion.
• Ensure organized, structured, cleanliness, and supplies of warehouse processes.
• Lead in Process and Key Metric improvements
• Develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external customers.
• Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
• Produce regular reports and statistics of operation on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Management of employees including training and development planning.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
