You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE & DATA ANALYTICS SUPPORT BRANCH - CODE 1224 of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.

Major duties

  • You will support the Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Support Branch's long-range workload plans, mission funding, Working Capital Funding requirements, and performance assessments.
  • You will oversee business intelligence and analytics operations, providing both technical and administrative guidance.
  • You will review the work of subordinates, amending or rejecting work when necessary, and coordinate employee development as needed.
  • You will use automated tools to process data and create data sets for analysis and interpretation.
  • You will use dashboarding tools and develop reports, charts, and graphs to present data trends and metrics to decision-makers.
  • You will plan work for subordinates, determine priorities, and set schedules.

Qualifications

GS-13: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing operational and business data using business intelligence and data analytics techniques to identify trends and systemic patterns and developing strategic recommendations and data-driven insights for leadership, in order to ensure informed decision-making and optimized business initiatives for shipyard operations.
