• Min 1-2 year working experience in manufacturing environment
• Ambitions and meticulous characteristic
• Able towork with Microsoft office
• Must bewilling to undergo hands on production training for few months
• Able tolead, manage & motivate a team of operator & handler
• Assist inown department's manpower planning and deployment
• Ensureeffective implementation of process procedure in production
• Ensureefficient and effective communications inter and intra departments
• Assist inensuring smooth running of department operations of shift on duty
• Troubleshoot quality issue caused by production
• Train operator in the production process to ensure that they work efficiently and safety
