Product Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Oversee incoming inventory, direct stock intake and storage, monitor stock levels, and conduct routine inventory audits to prevent shrinkage and stockouts. Ensure products are displayed according to visual merchandising guidelines, maintaining clear pricing, clean shelves, and appealing arrangements. Train, mentor, and supervise staff on product features, handling techniques, customer service standards, and safety procedures. Inspect product quality and expiration dates regularly, ensuring damaged or expired goods are handled according to company protocol. Monitor product sales performance, track fast-moving and slow-moving items, and recommend promotional strategies or restocking adjustments. Coordinate with suppliers, distributors, or warehouse personnel to ensure timely product deliveries and resolve shipment discrepancies.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of BSC. 2 years of previous experience in a similar role. Familiarity with Google/Excel sheets. Knowledge of garment construction, corsetry and luxury finishing. Ability to manage tailors in the organisation.
