Shipping Executive

Job Description: Prepare and process shipping documents (Bill of Lading, packing lists, certificates of origin) for import/export compliance. Liaise with forwarders, transporters, and internal departments for timely shipment bookings and deliveries. Input tracking data, inventory movements, and order information into ERP systems like SAP. Handle client inquiries regarding shipment status and provide customer service. Assist in packing, sorting, and verifying inventory accuracy. Job Requirements: Minimum NITEC in related field. Engineering background is a plus. Preferably 1 year of relevant work experience. Basic English written and spoken.
