Technical Solutions Intern

Scope of work:

1. Learn our B2B products, networking solutions, and common customer applications.
2. Help prepare training presentations, setup guides, and demonstration equipment.
3. Practise basic network configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
4. Assist with internal and partner training sessions.
5. Deliver basic product demonstrations and training after passing an internal assessment.
6. Join supervised customer or partner visits to gain practical project experience.

Requirements:

1. Students from top Indonesian universities, majoring in Telecommunications, Computer Networking, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
2. Final-year students preferred, ideally ready to transition into employment after completing the internship.
3. Available to work on-site in Jakarta at least three days per week, for a duration of more than six months.
4. Available to start as soon as possible.
5. Basic networking knowledge, preferably with hands-on coursework, lab, or project experience.
6. Good communication skills and willingness to explain technical concepts and present to an audience.
7. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to read English technical materials.
8. Genuine interest in a career in networking, technical support, presales, or technical training.
9. Can join soon as possible
