Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer - Java and Dot Net Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based and Dot Net-based applications that are high-volume, low-latency, and mission-critical. You should be able to work independently and collaboratively to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Develop, test, and maintain robust Java applications.
• Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.
• Participate in software and architectural development activities.
• Ensure designs follow specifications and industry best practices.
• Prepare and produce releases of software components.
• Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.
• Implement and maintain automated testing and continuous integration processes.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Report on project status, technical issues, and team performance to management.
• Innovation and Improvement:
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and technology enhancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven hands-on software development experience in Java.
• Strong knowledge of Java 8 or higher.
• Knowledge in .NET/NET Core will be the advantage
• Familiar with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
• Proficient in working with databases such as MSSQL.
• Experience with version control tools like Git.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular/React).
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, or Gradle.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
