Accounting & Tax Admin Project

Job Description :

1. Work with the Project Officer on execution for client projects (e.g., Backdated projects, Accounting System Setup, etc.).
2. Review and validate the accuracy of data and preliminary reports before further processing.
3. Actively research, test, and assist in implementing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools solutions to automate and optimize project workflows.
4. Conduct routine onsite visits to client offices for administrative coordination, service support, and gathering project requirements.

Qualifications :

1. Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, or other related fields.
2. Open to Fresh Graduates or candidates with internship experience; interest or experience in the footwear retail industry is a plus.
3. Basic understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and fundamental Indonesian tax regulations.
4. Strong curiosity and passion for technology, with an interest in exploring AI tools to enhance work efficiency and a strong willingness to learn.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Intermediate level) & Google Workspace. Familiarity with cloud accounting software (Xero, Syft, or Jurnal.id) is a plus.
6. Willing and flexible to make routine onsite client visits with proactive and confident communication skills.
7. Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and multitasking skills, high professional ethics, and a continuous learning mindset.
8. Good command of written and spoken English.
9. Available to start immediately.
