As a Principal Business Analyst, you'll be instrumental in the analysis, design and building of critical and complex custom-designed, business applications that use a wide range of the latest technologies. You'll be responsible for orchestrating collaboration between product owners, business sponsors, subject matter experts and development teams by removing roadblocks and fostering communication. As a Principal Business Analyst at Thoughtworks, here's what you'll bring:

1. 10+ years of experience of working successfully with development teams to deliver bespoke software
2. Present the most valuable of a variety of techniques, based on design thinking and systems thinking, and the ability to custom-design suitable techniques where necessary to achieve the desired outcome in a range of scenarios
3. Able to prioritise strategic goals and outcomes with client executives
4. Objectively evaluate the pros and cons of methodologies (e.g. agile, SAFe, Six Sigma) for an executive audience
5. Experience with modelling business processes utilising a variety of tools and techniques
6. A genuine passion for quality software; and the know-how to get from sketch to code
