Social Media Specialist and Content Creator

Research industry trends, audience insights, and social media best practices to create engaging content.

Develop and execute content across multiple formats, including visual and written content, aligned with brand objectives.

Manage daily publishing on Facebook and Snapchat - optimizing content for maximum reach and engagement.

Supervise and support the online moderation staff.

Monitor content performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.

Coordinate PR gifting with UGC creators across Egypt and the GCC.

Follow up with influencers to ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution.

Attend photoshoots to capture and edit original content.

Provide social media coverage for brand events (including weekends). Event coverage is shared on a rotating basis across the team and is compensated.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong Arabic and English copywriting skills.

2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Content Creation.

Online moderation experience is a plus.

Strong content creation skills, particularly for Snapchat and Facebook.

Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Analytical mindset with experience reviewing and interpreting social media performance metrics.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Experience or interest in the beauty, personal care, or haircare industry is a plus.
