Aufgaben

• Assist with food preparation and cooking according to daily operational needs.
• Prepare ingredients and complete mise en place before service.
• Maintain consistent food quality, portions, and ticket timing during peak hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, kitchen tools, and equipment.
• Ensure ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated according to FIFO standards.
• Support the kitchen team in maintaining smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

Anforderungen

• Previous experience as a cook or kitchen staff in a restaurant is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion standards, and instructions from the kitchen team.
• Able to work efficiently during busy service periods and handle multiple tasks as needed.
• Basic understanding of food hygiene, food safety, and proper ingredient storage.
• Reliable, hardworking, disciplined, and able to work well in a team.
• Willing to work flexible shifts based on operational needs.
