Your role

As Power System Insulation Coordination Strategist you contribute to strengthening and renewing the Dutch electricity transmission system, for the Netherlands to continue to count on reliable and renewable energy. You will work in the team Power Quality, EMC and EMT team within the System Integrity department, consisting of 12 colleagues. Together you work on ensuring that insulation coordination in the power system stays under control, an essential task for a stable and renewable energy system. Within our team there is an open and collaborative atmosphere, where innovation and cooperation are key. You are responsible for conducting and supervising insulation coordination studies to evaluate the system technical performance due to grid changes, e.g., due to the introduction of long cable connections or due to the transition from meshed to radial operation in our high voltage networks and identify effective mitigation options; You support power quality studies relevant to the evaluat...
