Purchasing Assistant (Remote Position)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Assistant to support our procurement team. This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity for someone who is organized, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple purchasing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Purchaser with daily procurement and buying activities.
• Source products, merchandise, and supplies from vendors.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Process purchase requests and maintain accurate purchasing records.
• Track orders, pricing, and deliveries to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support the purchasing department with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role is preferred.
• Experience purchasing merchandise, products, or supplies for a company.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and learn quickly.
• Previous experience purchasing on behalf of another company is highly preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent (bilingual is not required).
• Open to candidates from Latin America only.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Full-time)

Compensation & Employment Type

Pay: USD $6.00 per hour. Employment Type: Independent Contractor (EOR). Work Location: 100% Remote.
