We are currently seeking a Jr. Document Controller, reporting to the Manager Digital Methods and Tools Department and working under the supervision of a (Sr) Document Controller, to join our Document Control team within the Digital Methods and Tools Department based in Zoetermeer Netherlands.

About the mission we offer you:

As Jr. Document Controller you will be responsible for the administration of TEN.NL generated engineering documents and vendor documents in the relevant Electronic Document Management System, in line with project and company requirements. You will work proactively with the Project Manager and section lead to define priorities and critical tasks, and in close cooperation with the Execution Department you will help prepare final vendor documentation.

In this role, you will participate in the setup of relevant databases in coordination with support teams, create customer records and document numbers, and prepare documents for transmittal to clients according to project procedures.
