Intern, QA

Responsibilities

We are looking for an Intern, Quality Assurance Engineering (all genders) to join our team in Yerevan. In this role, you will support the quality assurance activities for TeamViewer products and gain hands-on experience working in an Agile software development environment. You will work closely with experienced Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and Product Managers while learning modern software testing and quality engineering practices.

Support testing activities for new features, product improvements, and bug fixes

Execute manual and exploratory tests across web-based applications and services

Document, reproduce, and track software defects

Assist in creating and maintaining test cases and test documentation

Work closely with developers and QA engineers to ensure high product quality

Participate in Agile team ceremonies and collaborate with international teams

Learn software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices

Gain exposure to test automation and modern quality engineering approaches

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong interest in software quality, testing, and technology

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Basic understanding of software testing principles, including manual testing techniques

Familiarity with test case creation, execution, and defect reporting processes is a plus

Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Android, and/or iOS environments is a plus

Ability to work independently as well as within a team

Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills

Good written and spoken English skills

Nice to have: Basic understanding of software development concepts

Nice to have: First experience with programming or scripting languages

Nice to have: Familiarity with Agile development practices

Nice to have: Interest in test automation and AI-assisted development tools

Nice to have: Familiarity with bug tracking and collaboration tools such as Jira or similar platforms
