Logistics Operations Assistant

Salary Range: S$2,800 to S$3,500 Responsibilities Support daily coordination of import and export container movements Assist with scheduling and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipping documents, and delivery schedules Liaise with truckers, warehouse staff, and transporters to facilitate smooth cargo handling Prepare and update tally sheets, inventory reports, and shipment status updates Respond to routine customer enquiries regarding shipment status and documentation Assist in monitoring compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements Support the team in resolving operational issues and discrepancies as they arise Help compile data for KPI tracking and management reporting Carry out general administrative duties to support the operations team Requirements Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred; candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply 0 to 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is an advantage Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with logistics software or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP is a plus Good communication and organisational skills, with meticulous attention to detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
