Painting Supervisor

Job Description & Requirements

Responsible for coordinating project activities, resources, equipment and information

• Assist in the supervision of project sites, workers and the arrangement of work activities
• Ensure all safety and quality assurance procedures/ standards as followed on site
• Monitor, supervise and follow up the project progress
• Handle any issues that arises and to report, escalate to Project Managers if needed
• Liaise with Sub-contractors, suppliers & related parties involved in the production and construction of the projects
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, plans and reports as required to assist Project Managers in monitoring programs
• Attend site meetings and assist Project Managers/ Engineers to ensure smooth and seamless project management implementation
• Filing of documentation, submission/updates, discrepancy, changes, revision, etc of each project assign
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3-6 Year(s) of working experience in the related field in residential projects is required for this position. · Able to read drawings will be an added advantage.
• Possess a valid class 3 Singapore Driving License (Preferable).
