Proposal Team Leader – STP/WTP

Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals for STP/WTP projects Review tender documents, specifications, and client requirements Coordinate with engineering, procurement, estimation, and project teams Develop process solutions, technical write-ups, and cost estimates Manage proposal schedules and ensure timely submissions Support client clarifications, technical discussions, and bid negotiations Identify project risks and opportunities during the bidding phase

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical) 8–12 years of experience in water and wastewater treatment projects Minimum 3 years of experience leading proposal or bid teams Strong knowledge of STP/WTP processes, tendering, estimation, and contract requirements Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
