Quality Engineer (Automotive)

1.Monitor and improve product and process quality in the manufacturing process. 2.Handle quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions. 3.Analyze quality problems using tools such as 8D, 5 Why, 4.Fishbone, PareTO, SPC, FMEA and Control Plan. 5.Work closely with Production and Engineering to identify root 6.causes and implement effective corrective actions. 7.Support incoming material, in-process and outgoing quality control. 8.Monitor and improve supplier quality when required. 9.Support customer complaints, investigation, 8D reports and corrective actions. 10.Follow up quality improvement activities and verify effectiveness. 11.Participate in new product introduction, trial production and new production line setup. 12Support quality activities during new factory ramp-up. Maintain quality records, reports and related documentation. 13.Work with cross-functional teams to reduce scrap, rework, customer complaints and overall quality costs.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related fields. 3+ years of Quality Engineering experience in the automotive / automotive electronics industry. Experience in manufacturing environment and production quality control. Good understanding of 8D, Root Cause Analysis, 5 Why, FMEA, Control Plan and basic SPC. Experience in automotive electronics, electrical components, EV, battery, power electronics or related products. Willing to work closely with Production and Engineering teams. Thai-English bilingual or Chinese-Thai bilingual communication ability is highly preferred.
