PP SHEETING EXTRUSION MACHINE OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor PP sheeting extrusion machines efficiently.

Ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.

Perform machine setup, adjustments, and changeovers.

Change dies and optimise production parameters to minimise material wastage.

Identify and resolve production and machine-related issues promptly.

Monitor product quality throughout the production process.

Maintain accurate production and operational records.

Carry out routine machine maintenance and report faults when necessary.

Keep the production area clean, organised, and safe.

Adhere to all company health, safety, and operational procedures.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ proven experience operating PP sheeting extrusion machines.

Demonstrated track record of producing high-quality PP sheets consistently .

Strong understanding of machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, and quality control.

Ability to change dies and optimise production parameters.

Knowledge of routine machine maintenance and safety procedures.

Strong problem-solving and technical skills.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/production environment.
