Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules. Coordinate email correspondence and respond to routine inquiries. Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents. Organize and maintain digital files and records. Assist with travel arrangements and itinerary planning. Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-up actions. Support project coordination and administrative processes. Take meeting minutes and distribute action items. Assist with stakeholder communications and relationship management. Perform general administrative duties as required.

Essential Requirements

Must be based in Kenya. Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role. Intermediate English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

Highly Regarded Experience

Previous experience working in the NDIS, aged care, healthcare, hospital, community services, disability support, or allied health sectors. Experience providing executive, administrative, or operational support within the health or community services industry. Understanding of the NDIS, aged care, disability, or healthcare systems. Strong sales, stakeholder engagement, account management, or business development experience. Experience working with diverse stakeholders, clients, and service providers.
