Job Responsibilities Prep ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring items. Cook food using Wok, make dumplings, steamer etc Follow exact recipes and portion rules. Plate and garnish food before service. Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and gear. Store food at the right temperatures and check expiration dates. Track food stock and report low supplies. 5.5 days work
