Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Welcoming Guests: Greet clients and visitors warmly, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate staff member or department. Communication Hub: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, while taking accurate messages and handling email inquiries. Security & Access: Monitor the front desk, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor badges to ensure building security. Correspondence: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries. Administrative Support: Assist with clerical duties including data entry, filing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing. Scheduling: Manage office calendars, book meeting or conference rooms, and arrange travel or accommodations when necessary. Office Maintenance: Monitor front office supply inventory, order stationery, and maintain a neat, professional reception area
Requirements:
Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is an advantage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills. Professional appearance, positive attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
