Equipment engineer, Central Maintenance (JR13540)

As an Equipment Engineer in STM Singapore, you will be responsible to: Manage process equipment chiller and Dry vacuum pumps. Manage spare parts for Dry vacuum pump and chiller group. Chiller and Pump PM management and creation of PM procedure. Manage FDC & IOT system, good understanding of networking using LAN or Wireless technology. Systematic troubleshooting of equipment-related problems to minimize equipment downtime. Establish effective preventive maintenance program and troubleshooting guide.  Coordinate and drive new equipment Abatements/chiller hookup, startup and release. Drive Continuous Improvement project (CIP) to achieve best in class in quality and cost Train and coach PM Technician in systematic troubleshooting and PM maintenance skill.  Manage a small group of technicians. YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Microelectronics  / Mechatronics Engineering / Mechanical Attention to detail and have good analytical and problem solving skills  High commitment and good team player Ability to think out of box.  Good communication and documentation skills Preferably with project lead experience with good planning skills
