Job Requirements Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching ( DECCE-T ).

or Advanced Cert in Early Years  (ACEY)

or Higher Certificate in Infant Care  (HCIC)

or Fundamentals Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education  (FECCE)

Key Responsibilities Plan, supervise, and deliver age-appropriate programs and teaching aids in alignment with established educational frameworks and philosophies.

Maintain accurate records of children's development, complete biannual progress reports, and compile comprehensive developmental portfolios.

Establish strong partnership channels with parents through weekly Connection Book updates, newsletters, and parent-teacher conferences to address educational concerns.

Lead the classroom environment using positive discipline techniques, and guide/supervise the assigned Assistant Teacher.

Responsible for the visual layout, decoration, safety, and overall upkeep of teaching resources and the learning environment.

Render basic first aid when necessary and stay updated on all working curriculum documents and internal policy manuals.
