Retail Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell first aid kits, health items, and branded merchandise.

Provide excellent customer service to walk-in customers and answer queries.

Operate POS for cash, card, and mobile payments (e.g., M-PESA).

Maintain stock, arrange displays, and perform monthly stock takes.

Manage sales reconciliation, daily reports, and customer feedback.

Achieve monthly sales targets and align with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Diploma in Procurement, Sales, Business, or Customer Service (advantage).

At least 2 years of experience in retail or sales.

 Basic knowledge of POS systems and mobile money handling (M- PESA).

Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
