Projects Engineer

The Projects Engineer delivers new store construction, refits, extensions and relocations on site, managing contractors, programme, cost and quality through to handover. The role is accountable for opening stores on the committed date, to the approved design and budget, and in a condition, Operations can trade from on day one

Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.

4-6 years of site construction or fit-out project experience, preferably in Retail, Commercial or Hospitality projects.

Proven experience delivering fit-out or construction projects to fixed opening dates.

Practical knowledge of MEP, refrigeration and shopfitting installation and commissioning.

Strong knowledge of Egyptian building, fire and civil defense requirements and site safety.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, project scheduling tools and Microsoft Office; quantity measurement experience required
