Project Manager

(M&E)

This is an exciting opportunity to join SOLIDTEK M & E PTE LTD as a Project Manager (M&E).

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in the Tuas West Region. You will play a key coordination and management role to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Developing and implementing overall project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinating and managing construction project activities, with a focus on management, coordination, and progress control rather than detailed technical design
• Managing procurement activities and resource allocation
• Monitoring site progress and ensuring timely issue resolution
• Acting as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, main contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensuring smooth communication and alignment among all stakeholders
• Identifying potential project risks and implementing mitigation or contingency measures
• Ensuring compliance with Singapore regulations, codes, and workplace safety standards
• Preparing and presenting regular progress reports to senior management
• Leading, coordinating, and guiding site and office teams to ensure effective project execution

What we’re looking for

• Candidates have full working rights for Singapore with relevant experience in the Singapore construction industry
• Background in M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) or building services
• Hands-on Singapore project experience is required
• EPC / EPC2 or mega-project experience is NOT required
• This role places greater emphasis on communication, coordination, and project management skills rather than strong technical depth
• Proven ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors in a Singapore construction environment
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and keep projects moving forward
• Familiar with Singapore construction workflows, site practices, and reporting requirements
• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Project Management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage but not mandatory
