Junior Marketing Specialist

Are you GAME to JOIN US   and be our new Junior Marketing Specialist? SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns

Support the creation of marketing materials (presentations, posts, newsletters, etc.)

Conduct market and competitor research

Help manage social media platforms and online presence with the team

Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives based on proposals

Assist in organizing promotional activities and events

Prepare basic reports based on requests regarding marketing campaigns

Maintain marketing databases and documentation

Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

1 + years of experience in marketing or a related role

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Creative thinking and attention to detail

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
