Technical Specialist

Job Responsibility : Troubleshoot power supplies failure to identify root cause and provide repair.

Perform test, diagnose problems, do repair for defective units.

Provide post and pre-sale support by analyzing and recommending solutions to meet customer’s needs.

Job Requirements : Proficient in both English and Mandarin  (spoken and written), as this role requires regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers

Minimum Diploma in Electronics or a related field

Preferably with experience in power supply repair

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Good communication skills and customer-focused mindset
