Requirements:
Bachelors Degree Or Diploma In Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Or A Related Field.
Strong Understanding Of The Kenyan Construction And Manufacturing Sectors.
Valid Driving License And Willingness To Travel Extensively Across Kenya.
Experience:
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Sales, With At Least 2 Years In A Supervisory Role.
Mandatory Experience In Selling Steel Products, Building Materials, Roofing Products, Structural Steel, Reinforcement Steel, Pipes, Tubes, Or Other Construction Related Materials.
Proven Experience Managing B2b Customers, Distributors, Contractors, And Institutional Accounts.
Experience In Tendering, Project Sales, And Key Account Management Is An Added Advantage.
Responsibilities: -
Supervise, Coach, And Motivate The Sales Team To Achieve Monthly And Annual Sales Targets. Develop And Implement Sales Strategies To Increase Market Share Across Kenya.
Identify And Pursue New Business Opportunities Within Construction Companies, Contractors, Government Institutions, Ngos, Manufacturers, And Industrial Clients.
Manage Relationships With Distributors, Dealers, Stockists, Fabricators, And Key Accounts.
Conduct Regular Market Visits To Understand Customer Needs, Competitor Activities, Pricing Trends, And Emerging Opportunities.
Prepare Sales Forecasts, Budgets, And Performance Reports.
Monitor Sales Team Performance And Provide Ongoing Training And Support.
Coordinate With Production, Logistics, And Finance Departments To Ensure Efficient Order Fulfillment And Customer Satisfaction.
Participate In Contract Negotiations, Tender Submissions, And Large Project Quotations.
Ensure Effective Debt Management And Timely Collection Of Customer Payments.
