Your mission We are looking for an  Assembly Technician to build and test components for advanced drones (UAVs). In this role, your main focus will be fine-wire soldering, assembling small electronic parts, and connecting wiring harnesses to produce flight-ready systems.

Responsibilities Perform high-precision soldering on small electronic boards, wiring, and connectors, often working under a microscope or magnifying lens. Combine electronic boards, wiring, and mechanical parts into complete drone systems based on technical instructions. Visually inspect solder joints and wiring connections to ensure strong quality, and run basic functional tests. Replace damaged components, fix wiring issues Keep your workstation clean, safe, and organized, maintaining all soldering tools and equipment.

Qualifications 100% hands-on experience in fine electronic soldering and cable/harness wiring. Background in electronics assembly, or small electro-mechanical manufacturing. Ability to read simple electronic diagrams and mechanical drawings. Excellent hand-eye coordination, high attention to detail, and a focus on product quality.
