Store Keeper

Receive, inspect, and record all materials delivered to the warehouse/site.

Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

Issue materials based on approved Material Requisitions.

Monitor stock levels and ensure material availability.

Maintain proper storage and organization of materials.

Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile them with records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Maintain proper documentation for all warehouse transactions.

Coordinate with Procurement, Accounting, Engineering, and Site teams.

Monitor damaged, slow-moving, and obsolete materials.

Ensure compliance with company warehouse procedures and safety requirements.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification is preferred.

3–5 years of relevant experience.

Construction/site store experience is highly preferred.

Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management.

Good command of Microsoft Excel.

Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work under pressure.
