CLINIC MANAGER

PERMANENT JOBS! CLINIC MANAGER Remuneration Package $4,000.00 – $6,000.00 per month LOCATION RAFFLES PLACE (COLLYER QUAY) ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of an established aesthetic clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clinic operations, supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and ensuring a positive patient experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

· Maintain sales of the clinic · Lead, supervise and motivate clinic staff to achieve operational and service objectives.

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, training, and performance.
• Ensure excellent patient service and handle feedback or complaints professionally.
• Monitor clinic performance, sales targets and operational expenses.
• Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and procurement of clinic supplies.
• Coordinate with medical professionals and clinic personnel to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and patient flow.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with applicable clinic policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements and business growth.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• SPM, GCE, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Relevant experience in clinic management, aesthetic services, healthcare operations, or a similar service environment.
• Previous supervisory or team management experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of customer service, sales operations, and administrative processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.
