Job Description:

• Monitor and patrol the hostel premises.
• Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and hostel property.
• Handle and assist guests during late-night check-ins.
• Respond to guest requests or basic issues.
• Monitor the hostel environment and report any unusual situations or incidents.
• Ensure hostel rules are followed and maintain a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
• Assist with other operational tasks when needed.

Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English with international guests.
• Previous experience in security, hospitality, or a similar position is preferred.
• Friendly, responsible, alert, and good at communicating with guests.
• Able to work independently, especially during night shifts.
• Willing to help with basic hostel operations when needed.
