Fit Out Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Foreman to oversee and coordinate fit out activities for various projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will lead onsite teams, ensure high-quality workmanship, maintain safety standards, and deliver projects on schedule within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate fit out works onsite, ensuring adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Manage and lead construction teams, providing guidance and motivation to achieve project objectives.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare reports to keep management informed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials.
• Inspect workmanship to ensure work meets project requirements and rectify any defects promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of materials, manpower, and equipment usage.
• Resolve onsite issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Assist in planning and scheduling tasks to optimize resource utilization.
• Proven experience as a Fit Out Foreman or similar role in construction or interior fit out projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving ability to address onsite challenges effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
