Budget Accountant

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance reports.
• Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial projections in coordination with different departments.
• Perform actual vs. budget vs. forecast analysis and investigate significant variances.
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support management decisions.
• Prepare management dashboards and KPI reports.
• Analyze product, customer, channel, and business-unit profitability.
• Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support the preparation of the annual operating plan and long-term financial plan.
• Provide financial analysis for new products, pricing decisions, investments, and business initiatives.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and support working-capital analysis.
• Work closely with Accounting to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial information.
• Analyze cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
• Support the Finance Manager/CFO in presentations and business reviews.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency between the ERP system and management reports.
• Continuously improve financial reporting, analysis tools, and processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, management accounting, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage.
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English
