Teaching Assistant - BrightCHAMPS [Tân Phú]

Position Overview: As a Teaching Assistant at BrightChamps, you will support our English classes for young learners. The Teaching Assistant will work closely with the teacher to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for children. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the teacher in preparing teaching materials and classroom activities.
• Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
• Support students during lessons, activities, and games, ensuring all children stay engaged.
• Provide individual or small group assistance to students who need extra help before, during, and after class time.
• Help organize and supervise classroom events, field trips, or special activities.
• Communicate with the teacher or parents about student progress and any issues.
• Assist with setting up and cleaning the classroom before and after lessons.

Requirements:

• Passion for working with children and supporting their learning.
• Proficient in English with strong computer and technology skills.
• Good communication, pronunciation, and teamwork skills.
• Patience, responsibility, and a cheerful attitude.
• Previous experience working with children is a plus.
• Flexible to travel and work across centers as needed.
