Lead Infrastructure Architect / Installation Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Lead site surveys and prepare implementation designs, rack layouts, network diagrams, cable schedules and delivery sequences. Coordinate server, storage, network, cybersecurity, cabling, power, cooling, video and hybrid-cloud workstreams. Review equipment compatibility, licensing, installation dependencies and procurement requirements. Manage schedules, risks, changes, defects and progress reporting while supervising installation quality. Lead commissioning, failover, recovery and performance tests against agreed acceptance criteria. Deliver as-built documentation, knowledge transfer, maintenance plans and vendor escalation arrangements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or a related discipline. At least 8 years of infrastructure experience, including 3 years leading enterprise deployments. Proven delivery of complex infrastructure projects involving multiple technical disciplines. Hands-on understanding of enterprise systems, networking, security, power dependencies and service continuity. Strong team leadership, technical documentation, stakeholder communication and issue resolution.
