VAS Back Office Engineer

- Managed VAS platforms: LBS (GMLC, ESMLC, SAS, SMLC), Location Based Advertising, Emergency Alert for
2G/3G/4G/5G SA & NSA.
- Perform daily operations, work order implementation, and L2/L3 incident resolution
- Develop automation scripts for housekeeping, alarm alerting, and operational efficiency
- Lead integration, testing, UAT, and cutover activities for new VAS projects
- Conduct security audits and maintain documentation for hardware, software, licenses, and network topology
- Coordinate with multiple principals and third-party vendors for operational continuity
- Monitor and report KPI performance for all VAS services
