Facility Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth property management.

Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff across all departments.

Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.

Monitor occupancy, revenue, expenses, and operational performance.

Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Prepare operational and performance reports for management.

Requirements:

Minimum of an HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in hospitality, hotel, or serviced apartment management.

At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Experience with budgeting, vendor management, and business operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Remuneration:  NGN 350,000 – 500,000 Monthly
