About the Client: A prominent High-Net-Worth Individual with established business interests across the Middle East and Africa.

Job Description:

• Manage the daily operations of a luxury private villa, ensuring smooth household administration, maintenance, and high service standards.
• Lead and supervise household staff, coordinate vendors and service providers, and oversee procurement, household expenses, and petty cash.
• Provide executive and personal assistance to the principal by managing calendars, appointments, travel arrangements, correspondence, and personal errands.
• Plan and coordinate private events and ensure seamless execution while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality, discretion, and hospitality.
• Minimum of 3 years of UAE experience in a similar role, preferably supporting an Ultra High Net Worth Individual (UHNWI) household, luxury private residence, or 5-star hospitality environment.
• Strong experience in household operations, team management, vendor coordination, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and maintaining high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with a high level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and extended hours when required; valid UAE Driving License is preferred.
