This is a BCA-registered Main Contractor specializing in A&A (Alteration & Addition) works for commercial, institutional, and residential projects, primarily serving public sector clients including JTC Corporation, Singapore Food Agency, DSTA, National Library Board, and PUB

• Manage project budgets and cost control to ensure projects remain within budget.
• Handle projects from contract award to completion, including final accounts.
• Prepare procurement schedules and lists based on project specifications and timelines.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor quotations and prepare subcontract documents.
• Track defects, variations, and related documentation.
• Manage VO submissions, progress claims, payment certificates, and final accounts.
• Review subcontractor VO claims and ensure proper execution and procedures.
• Follow up on subcontractor and client payments.
• Handle progress claims, payments, VOs, and project close-out.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor.
• Min 2-years of experience in Quantity Surveyor or relevant.
• Able to communicate and liaise with co-workers, subcontractors and suppliers
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently under minimal supervision, good knowledge in local standards & requirements.
